Access to our site is free of charge.

Ordering

Our site will guide you through the ordering process. Prior to submitting your order please ensure you check it carefully and amend if necessary. Should you realise that you have provided us with incorrect or incomplete information when ordering please contact us immediately to rectify the problem. If we are unable to complete your order due to incorrect or incomplete information we will contact you to correct it. Should the information not be given within a reasonable time the order will be cancelled. Should we incur any costs due to provision of incorrect or incomplete information the costs will be passed on to you.

To fulfil order

The time needed varies dependant on product. Individual items will have details.

Goods, Pricing and Availability

We make all reasonable effort to ensure that descriptions and graphical representations of goods available from us relate to the actual goods.

Descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes only, due to computer displays, lighting etc there may be some variations in colour.

We cannot guarantee that goods will always be available.

Where appropriate you will be required to select size, fragrance, colour or number of goods required.

We do our best to make sure all prices on our site are correct.

Delivery charges are not included in the price of the goods displayed on our site. Delivery charges are worked out once goods have been selected for purchase.

Shipping

All items will be sent by courier service so they can be tracked. If a customer wishes a different shipping method they must inform us at time of purchase.

We make every effort to give an accurate shipping time but cannot be held responsible for circumstances out of our control. We will keep the customer informed as the item is made and then shipped.

Buyers outside UK

We only ship our products within the UK. At this moment we cannot accept international orders.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations for personalised items.

Refunds and exchanges

We will accept returns and exchanges, the buyer bears the cost of returning the item unless it is proved to have been sent out defective by us.
The item needs to be returned in an unused state and in its original packaging. We will not accept returns or exchanges should the buyer have damaged the item.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 30 days of delivery.
No return or exchange will be completed until the returned item is received by us.

We do not accept return of items which had been on sale. We do not accept exchanges (unless received by the customer damaged prior to use) of earrings.

Complaints and Feedback

We welcome feedback and endeavour to make your experience as our customer a positive one. However should you have a complaint it will be dealt with promptly; in the first instance we ask that you use our “contact form” to notify us of the problem.
